Possible problems: The TV set may be unplugged. A fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or switched off.

Solution: Make sure the TV is plugged in. Test the outlet with a lamp. Remove any extra equipment other than the TV and coax connection to the wall. Still no picture/sound, call or email the Help Desk.
