The Community Service Office works collaboratively with our community partners to affect positive social change through service in the greater Charlotte area and beyond. Our office serves as a clearinghouse for resources about and gateway to our community partners.

We host an annual volunteer fair where students, faculty and staff explore the range of opportunities in our area and become familiar with the resources in our community around social change issues. 

Our community partners register their short- and long-term service opportunities with our office.  In turn, we have a  volunteer database and resource files for service placements in the community.
