Located in the Nancy Blackwell Alumni House at 420 North Main Street, next door to the President's House, the Welcome Center is your information source for the weekend. You can also pick up registration material and class memorabilia. Be sure to make this your first stop when you arrive on campus!

Athletic Facilities
|
|
Baker Sports Center will be available to alumni from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. from Friday through Sunday of Reunion Weekend. To be admitted, you must present your nametag.
All-Alumni Cake Race
8:30 a.m. Saturday - Meet at the practice football fields behind Baker Sports Complex. Pre-registration encouraged.

Attire
|
|
Dress for the weekend is casual. Reunion-class dinner attire is dressy casual, unless indicated otherwise in your class social letter. Keep in mind that North Carolina weather in September is unpredictable. Please check the weather forecast in advance.

|
Candid Photos
|
|
In addition to the official class photos, a photographer will be on campus on Friday and Saturday, during late afternoon and evening, to take candid photographs. The candid photos will be available online for viewing and purchase shortly after the weekend.

|
|
Emergency Information
|
|
If an emergency arises while you are attending Reunion Weekend, family and friends may contact the alumni office at 704-894-2111. If no one answers call campus police at 704-894-2178 (please make sure they know with which class you are associated).

|
|
Meals
|
|
Please plan ahead and order your meal tickets on the registration form to guarantee seating.
|
|
|
|
Parking
|
|
Parking on campus is limited. Parking is available at the Bakers Sports Complex off of Concord Road and behind the buildings on Main Street off of Griffith Street. Golf cart shuttles will operate throughout the weekend.

|
|
Phone Service
|
|
Most cell phone services operate fairly reliably in Davidson.
|
|
|
|
Refund Policy
|
|
In order to grant a refund, we must receive notice of cancellation. No refund requests will be accepted after the deadline. Refunds requested prior to the deadline will be mailed after Homecoming Weekend.
