Mejin Leechor was music major from McLean, VA. Before coming to Davidson, she studied violin with June Huang and was a member of the American Youth Philharmonic.  She also played in the Symphonic Orchestra at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.  Her scholarly interest in music blossomed at 
Davidson, although she continued to study mathematics and computer science.  In addition to performing with the Davidson College Symphony Orchestra, Mejin enjoyed playing chamber music and attending a wide range of classical concerts and performances.
