All Seniors must be checked out of their rooms and/or apartment before noon on Monday, May 20, 2013. A late fee of up to $250 will be assessed for late check-outs.
Seniors living in Martin Court, Tomlinson, and Duke:
- Any Senior who needs to check-out before 1:00 pm on Sunday, May 19 must schedule an appointment with their Building Manager or RA.
- Staff will be available for check outs from 1:00-7:00 pm on Commencement Sunday, and 8:30am-Noon on Monday. Go to the check-out table for your building on Sunday or Monday when ready to leave.
Seniors living in all other residence halls
- Any Senior who needs to check-out before 1:00 pm on Sunday, May 19 must schedule an appointment with their RA.
- Seniors living in residence halls other than Martin Court, Tomlinson, or Duke must check out with their RA (if checking out on Commencement Sunday).
- On Monday, May 20, seniors living in other buildings should call the Residence Life Office at x2188 and someone will come to check them out. RLO is open from 1:00-5:00 pm on Sunday and 8:30am-noon on Monday.
