Leadership Davidson is a year-long leadership development program where students partake in weekly seminars designed by the participants themselves and are mentored by successful leaders in the business and nonprofit sectors. This is a selective program in which up to twenty dedicated student leaders reflect on their leadership experiences, learn new information, refine their leadership approach, and explore the effectiveness of this approach within the groups they serve.

The participants, mentors, and staff in Leadership Davidson provide a network for support and feedback throughout the year. Ultimately, students in Leadership Davidson develop their ability to inspire people to work together towards a common goal.
