Mission Davidson College’s extended partnership with premier Shakespearean artists and educators through The Royal Shakespeare Company Residency will strengthen and enhance the cultural and academic life of the institution. Through the residencies, the arts at Davidson will be showcased in extraordinary and interdisciplinary ways, attracting students of exceptional ability as well as new audiences and patrons from across the country. Already recognized as a national academic leader, Davidson will enjoy expanded recognition as an innovative leader in Shakespearean scholarship, improving student, faculty, and staff recruitment and fostering new support from alumni, parents, and friends.
