An Invitation to Davidson Families
The Admission and Financial Aid staff of Davidson College invites you and your high school age children or grandchildren to a special seminar. The purpose of the program is to equip families with strategies for the college search and application process. Learn tips about selecting colleges, visiting campuses, completing applications, and researching financial aid and merit scholarship opportunities. The program is open to any rising tenth, eleventh, or twelfth grade son, daughter, grandson, or granddaughter of a Davidson alumnus or alumna.
Deans of admission from other colleges and universities will join us for the program, as will several seasoned college counselors from high schools around the country.
The program begins at noon on Thursday, June 13, and ends late in the afternoon on Friday, June 14. We will provide meals and seminar materials for each family. While the college subsidizes each participant, scholarship assistance is also available.
Do make plans to join us for this important and fun event. To ensure that each family receives personal attention, the program will be limited to the first sixty families who respond.
