The mission of the Chidsey Center for Leadership Development [CCLD] is to cultivate opportunities for Davidson students to build on their existing strengths and abilities so that they may be effective leaders in any group or setting in which they find themselves. The CCLD connects students to programs, lectures, retreats, and workshops. These experiences enrich the students' academics, enhance their leadership skills, and enable them to realize their own unique sense of self and purpose.
