The Media Production team supports campus media needs and provides the following services.  Disc duplication fees are not for profit and are required to cover the operating costs for equipment, software and media.  ITS reviews the service costs and charges every year to determine the correct rate.  These are subject to change.

Film/Video Services
... are managed by Robert McSwain and include filming, editing and DVD creation for official college projects.  Projects requiring outsourced staffing will incur charges.  A consultation is required for all requests.

Audio Services
... are managed by Jason Brewer and include remote and studio recording, podcasting and equipment for college-related events not associated with the student union.  For event equipment requests, please contact Lynda Daniels for scheduling.  For audio recording needs, please contact Jason Brewer.

Fees for CD and DVD Thermal Printing and Duplication
(Media and label design included)
CD duplication - $.50/disc*
DVD duplication - $1/disc*

* We request 5 days lead time for large print jobs (over 50 discs); 3 days lead time for all other requests.  Last-minute requests will be charged at triple the normal rate.
