All non-seniors must be checked out of their rooms and/or apartment before 5:00 pm on on Sunday, May 19th. Students who are not staying for Commencement should plan to leave within 24 hours after the last final exam period.  A late fee of up to $250 will be assessed for late check-outs.

• All non-Seniors must check out with a member of the Residence Life Office staff before leaving campus for summer break. 
• Students are required to schedule a check-out appointment with their HC, RA, or BM AT LEAST 24 hours before the desired checkout time.  Appointments are available from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm except for Sunday, May 19th (1:00 - 5:00 pm).
