Maria Tardugno Aldrich graduated from Davidson College in 2003 with a degree in history and a concentration in gender studies. Initially, Maria started in the Annual Fund as a student caller, took the Fellow position after graduating and then moved into the role of Assistant and then Associate Director. In 2006, Maria accepted the role of Director and now is responsible for overall program management. As a student, Maria co-coordinated the student tour guide program and served as a Senior Admissions Fellow for the Office of Admission and Financial Aid. She also played flute in the wind ensemble and the flute choir.
