| Semester and Academic Year Davidson Study Abroad Programs |

The following programs are for the semester or full academic year. Please be sure to complete ALL forms listed below when applying: Part 1 - The general application Part 2 - The application recommendation forms Part 3 - The application waiver & release form FOR NON-DAVIDSON STUDENTS ONLY: In addition to the above forms, you must have your institution fill out the home school approval form and have an official transcript sent to the Davidson College Study Abroad Office. Davidson College reserves the right to cancel or modify part or all of this study abroad program should changing circumstances make it necessary to do so. Academic Year, Fall Semester, Spring Semester in Tours, France Students attend classes at the Université François Rabelais and/or the Institut de Touraine. The university offers courses in literature, language, arts, and the social sciences. The Institut specializes in teaching French to foreigners and is highly regarded for its success in language teaching. Offered every year. This program is open to Davidson and non-Davidson students. |

Semester and academic year programs with Duke/Davidson in Berlin Davidson has partnered with Duke University to send students to Berlin where they will study at Humboldt Universität. Students take classes in German language, culture, art, and economics and live with German families selected by the program. Offered every year. This program is offered to Davidson students only. |

Fall Semester in India This program, in addition to providing a very stimulating academic experience, also provides extensive group travel opportunities. Students stay on the Madras Christian College campus where they take four courses. The Davidson College Resident Director is assisted by a coordinator and a team of Indian scholars who conduct the lectures. Offered even numbered falls. This program is open to Davidson and non-Davidson students. |

Fall Semester in Arequipa, Peru Classes are held at the Universidad San Augustín, a local public university. Students take two intensive Spanish language courses, a course taught by the Resident Director, and a course taught in English by a team of Peruvian professors. Excursions to other area of Peru are included. Students live with Peruvian Families. Offered odd numbered falls. This program is open to Davidson students only. |

Classics Spring Semester Abroad The Department of Classics offers a unique traveling program, devoted to the study of classical antiquity. The group spends the entire semester visiting selected archaeological sites and museums. Students with sophomore, junior or senior status may apply. Offered odd-numbered springs. This program is open to Davidson students only. |
