Apartment B: A part of the Martin Court Apartments, Apartment B has 12 four-person apartments each with single bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room. Built on three floors, the building has a balcony or patio for each apartment. Built in 1988, the building still retains the letter name given to each of the Martin Court Apartments when first constructed. Apartment F: A part of the Martin Court Apartments, Apartment F has 18 five-person apartments each with single bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room. Built on three floors, the building has a shared balcony or patio for each level. Additionally, the building has 1 two-person studio apartment and one large lounge used for group meetings. Built in 1994, Apartment F was the 6th and last Martin Court Apartment built in the complex. Unlike the previous apartment buildings, students participated in the decision-making regarding Building F and impacted the final building design. Flowe Apartment: A part of the Martin Court Apartments, Flowe has 12 four-person apartments each with single bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room. Built on three floors, the building has a balcony or patio for each apartment. Built in 1991, the building is named for a full family of Wildcats, including William Winslow “Mr. Billy” Flowe of the Class of 1895 and William W. Flowe Jr., Class of 1929. Hart Apartment: A part of the Martin Court Apartments, Hart has 12 four-person apartments each with single bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room. Built on three floors, the building has a balcony or patio for each apartment. Built in 1988, Hart is named for W. Lewis Hart, Class of 1930 and his wife, Kalista Hood Hart, the daughter of a Davidson professor. Jamieson Apartment: A part of the Martin Court Apartments, Jamieson has 12 four-person apartments each with single bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room. Built on three floors, the building has a balcony or patio for each apartment. Built in 1988, the building is named for Ronald Jamieson, Class of 1945. Ryburn Apartment: A part of the Martin Court Apartments, Ryburn has 14 four-person apartments each with single bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room. Built on four floors, the building has a balcony or patio for each apartment and a laundry on the lowest level. Built in 1991, the building is named for Samuel Sharp Ryburn, Class of 1938.
