Career Services: (Hours M - F 8:30am - 5:00pm) Located on the top floor of Alvarez College Union, The Office of Career Services exists to aid students in the ongoing and lifelong process of career development. The space includes a library of resources for vocational assessment, post-graduation study programs and job search aids.
Central Services: (Hours M- F 8:30am - 5:00pm, close lunch 12:30-1:30) Also known as the copy center, Central Services provides on campus printing and copying to faculty, staff and students. Central Services shares space with the US Post Office on the 2nd floor of the union.
Chaplain's Office: (Hours M- F 8:30am - 5:00pm) The Office of the Chaplain is located on the 4th floor, next to the elevator. The area is shared with the Bonner Scholars and Community Service Offices. The Chaplain is the college's liaison for all religious student organizations on campus and serves as pastor to the college community.
Community Service: (Hours M - F 8:30am - 5:00 pm) The Community Service Office works with students, faculty, staff and community members to promote learning through service and engagement with our local and global community. The community service offices are named in honor of Dr. Douglas Hendon Clark, Class of 1942 and Carolyn Jordan Clark by family and friends.
Information Desk: (Hours M - F 8:00am-1:00am, Sat 9:00am-1:00am, Sun 1:00pm-1:00am) The information desk is located on the main floor of the Alvarez College Union, near the Richardson Stadium entrance. The desk worker on duty can help with game room materials, movie rentals, tickets and more.
Scheduling Office: (Hours M - F 8:30am - 5:00 pm) To reserve space in the Knobloch Campus Center, Chambers Gallery, Erwin Lodge, and most outside areas, contact the Scheduling Office, located behind the information desk on the 3rd floor. Arrangements for technical services can also be secured.
Student Government Offices: The goals of the Student Government Association (SGA) include working to increase student communication, promote awareness of campus policies, and provide representation to the Board of Trustees. The offices for the SGA are located on the 4th floor.
Student Media Office: The student publications office was given in memory of Sarah Hill Brown and Aubrey Neblett Brown, Jr., Class of 1929 by their family. Various student publications are administered through the office on the 4th floor.
Ticket Office (Hours M - F 10:00am- 4:00pm) The Ticket Office is the source for all on-campus cultural events, from the Artist Series to the Davidson Dance Ensemble. Tickets may be purchased by phone, by mail, online or in person at the ticket office location on the 3rd floor of the Alvarez College Union near the Richardson Stadium entrance.
Union Board Office: The College Union Board is a group of student volunteers who, with faculty and staff support, facilitate cultural, social, recreational, and educational programs on campus. Funding for the The Union Board office was made possible by former members of the Union Board.
Union Administrative Offices: The union administrative spaces are named in honor of William Hill Brown, Class of 1970, by family and friends. Staff assists student activities at the Knobloch Campus Center and throughout campus.
US Post Office: (Hours M - F 9:00am - 4:00 pm, 4:30-5:30 package pickup only) The on-campus US Post Office centrally located in the union provides shipping and mailing services for faculty, staff and students. The Post Office shares space with Central Services on the 2nd floor of the Alvarez College Union.
