"Wildcat Top 21"

The Davidson Athletic Foundation tracks the annual giving from the athletic alumni of each of the current 21 varsity teams. The Wildcat Top 21 ranks each team by the participation on the part of former players.  It's not about total dollars; it's about all players over the generations of Davidson Athletics making an annual gift (no matter how large or small) to support today's student athletes at Davidson. 

It will get heated, especially in the last week of June. 1st and 3rd place can be separated by only a couple of decimal points.  Those decimal points translate into a difference of just one or two teammates who decide to give.  Last year, first and second places were separated by 0.1%, or a single gift from a single teammate.

The Davidson Athletic Foundation Board of Directors set a goal that, by 2010, 35% of former athletes would participate in the DAF annual fund.  In 2008, 30% of former athletes gave to the DAF.  We’re not far, but we need your help.  Get a little competitive, get your teammates involved, and let’s get every Davidson Wildcat pushing Davidson Athletics to new heights!
