The Julia Johnston House is home to College Communications.  Built circa 1883, it was the home of Miss Julia Johnston, a second grade teacher, beloved by the children at Davidson Graded School. It was acquired by the College in 1961 and served as student housing before being remodeled as administrative offices in 1992.
