ITS (Information Technology Services) maintains the college's computers, data, telephone and cable networks, the main administrative and academic systems and public computing labs. ITS supports and assists students, faculty and staff who use Davidson College's networks and systems.

ITS Help Desk - Faculty and Staff Email the Help Desk (helpdesk@davidson.edu). Call extension 2900, option 1, to speak with Help Desk staff. Visit User Services Building (213 N. Main Street). Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To expedite your request, please be ready to provide: A description of your request or problem. Any error messages encountered. Inventory tag number of your Davidson College computer.
Student Technology (Residential Networking) - Students In addition to daytime assistance from the ITS Help Desk, personal computer support is available to students during additional daytime and evening hours.
Contact our Student Technology student staff for: • Assistance in connecting your computer to the campus network. • Help with software downloads. • Virus and malware removal. • General troubleshooting services.

Call extension 2900, option 1 (ITS Help Desk) during the day with personal account problems, administrative and academic system questions. Call extension 2900, option 2 to speak with a Student Technology student staff or to leave a message. Visit the Information Desk in the E.H. Little Library as well as the South Basement of Chambers for drop-in assistance. Hours: Mondays and Fridays 1:00 - 5:00 pm, Fridays 9:30 - 1:30 pm and Sunday through Thursday 7:00 -11:00 pm (While classes are in session.)
