The Help Desk is designed to be the primary point of contact for IT Services. Its purpose is to receive problem reports, requests, and questions regarding computing and telecommunications at Davidson College. ResNet Help Desk Residential Networking helps students get their computers connected to the campus network, assists with virus and spyware removal, and software downloads.
