The weather in North Carolina is temperate, 40°-80° degrees Fahrenheit (4° - 27° Celsius) although it varies somewhat from region to region. In Davidson, which lies in the Piedmont region, the weather is pleasant almost all year round. The fall is often quite warm with lots of sunshine and beautiful autumn colors. During winter, temperatures can drop to 25° F or -4° Celsius; occasionally, we have some snow. Summers are hot and humid and temperatures range from 80°-90° F or 27° - 40° Celsius; many thunderstorms occur during this season. Spring is a beautiful season. The weather warms up and everything is in bloom!
