On February 27th, the Chidsey Leadership Development office will offer an in-service program for RLO staff. Tentatively the topic is "Leading Amid Your Peers". We will explore topics like:
Taking care of yourself when you are responsible for others 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Exercising authority when others see you as a classmate and friend.
