The Davidson College Employee recognition program was created to recognize excellence in the areas of quality service, process improvement, teamwork and to acknowledge longstanding commitment to the college. The program is comprised of three components:

Wildcat Cheers

The Wildcat Cheers Web site provides you with the opportunity to send a card to a Davidson employee acknowledging the excellent work they have done. After you enter their name, and e-mail address, you can select an appropriate card and message. Recognize someone now!

Wildcat Credit

The Wildcat Credit program is designed to provide a way to acknowledge the daily contributions of employees throughout the college. It provides all employees with the opportunity to be recognized for quality service, teamwork or improving the ways that work is accomplished. The program also emphasizes that it is everyone's responsibility to let other employees know how much their work is appreciated.  Employees receive four coupons per year to award to their coworkers.

Wildcat Service

This component is designed to acknowledge longstanding commitment to Davidson College. A certificate gift certificate will be given out at five year service intervals, starting at ten years of service ($10 for each year of service).
