At your request, the librarians can prepare custom-designed guides and Web pages for your classes. These guides can also be tailored to a specific assignment or a series of assignments, and we can make them available in Web, pdf, or paper formats. In addition, we can update these guides each semester so that you can be sure that you have the most current information about available resources and services.
For examples of guides from the current and previous semesters, see:
We usually create a custom guide for each information literacy session we teach.
To request a guide or learn more about this service, please contact Susanna Boylston (704-894-2494).
Using Moodle or Blackboard? You are welcome to link to library guides and resources. We can also help you develop your course pages in Moodle or Blackboard by providing you with guides and materials that you can upload, links to library resources, and more. In addition, the librarians are happy to participate in discussion boards and answer students' questions about research.
