Dedicated staff and departments serve the campus community in spaces across campus ranging from historic homes renovated for offices to new state-of-the-art physical plant facilities.

President's House
The President's House serves not only as the home to the college President, but as a meeting and reception location both inside and out
Sparrow's Nest
Celebrated for its interesting history and campus lore, the Sparrow's Nest was taken over by the Physical Plant as office space in 1990
Nancy Blackwell Alumni House
Located at the entrance to the college, the Alumni House provides office space for the department and an elegant setting for meetings with visiting alumni
Smith House
The majority of College Relations offices are located in Smith House including the Vice President, Development, Major Gifts, and Parent Giving Programs
Glasgow House
Several offices in College Relations are located in Glasgow House including the Annual Fund, Corporations and Foundations, Planned Giving and Donor Relations Research
Julia Johnson House
College Communications is located in the Julia Johnson House, a beautiful white house on Main Street built circa 1883
Grey House
The first stop for visiting prospective students, Grey House is the home to the Admissions office and is the starting point for campus tours and on-campus information sessions
Harding House
Located on Main Street, Harding House is the home of the Financial Aid office, which provides comprehensive guidance on financing options and strategies to current and prospective students
Jackson Court
Home to a variety of offices and services for the college, Jackson Court is comprised of nine small houses in a semi-circle on the southeast side of campus
Physical Plant Facilities
With offices and shops across campus, the Davidson College Physical Plant is responsible for maintenance of the diverse complexity of the campus infrastructure
Information Technology Facilities
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides access to technology resources on and off campus through a variety of computer labs, classrooms and IT offices
