Dr. Susan Roberts teaches courses on Presidency, Congress, Parties, Interest Groups, Campaigns, and the Politics of Reproduction.  Her research focuses on political capital.  She is currently working on a manuscript on Politics and Womens' Reproductive Issues. She recently coordinated D.C. programming for the Democratic National Convention. 

Dr. Roberts appears on a public affairs television show on Charlotte NBC affiliate, WCNC, as a weekly commentator/contributor. The show, shown Sunday mornings at 9:30am, has an individual affiliated with Democrats, one with Republicans, a moderator, and occasional guests. She has been appearing on this program for more than two years. She is also on WBT 1110 a.m. radio every Sunday with Don Russell for a 20 minute segment on the political "week in review".  She has been participating in this broadcast since 2008.
